Hot water in shower not working

Hot water not working in shower but works on two other faucets (2021 International). Worked first couple nights on our trip and then would come on and off. 6th night out, no hot water in the shower. Never used prior to this trip.

Any suggestions on how to fix while on road trip?

Update:

Airstream customer relations solved the issue. They suggested we turn on the water pump while hooked up to the city water for a few seconds to pressurize the line. It worked.

Also what to mention the AS Customer Relation team viewed our original post and as you can see above, they reached out to us. Nice!
