Anyone have a good method of removing the door hinge pins on a 1991 door?
My screen door has sagged and I believe it is a function of ware within the hinge. I want to remove the upper hinge pin and torque the screen door hinge to realign the door.

Howie: have you seen the youtube video on adjusting the screen door sag in an Airstream? You may not have to do anything but adjust it the way this Airstream Video suggests. The site has been mentioned here several times, but I don't have the specific URL. I am sure you can look it up, or someone else can post it.
However I want to remove the hinge pins. Partly for adjusting purposes and the installation of washers to overcome vertical ware.
The video mentions re contouring the door itself. After mine flue open a couple of times I had to do some extensive rework. The picture shows the jig I made. The basic jig was curved to the frame. Thin strips of wood were added and planed down one by one and the door clamped to them until the door matched the contour of the frame.
