Hiding Wire with flexible railway channel?

Does anyone have any suggestions on hiding wire down an interior wall with flexible railway?

Im having a hard time finding a good solution to hide the wire loom coming out of the wall at the top of the curve that drops down to the floor.

Also, anyone have any advice to remove the collar to the black water tank? Does NOT want to come out!
