I snapped the handle on my bathroom Fan this weekend. Picture attached. Colonial is sending me a new one for $6.99. I ordered two...
I was relieved that I can replace the handle and not have to replace the entire fan. Looks like if I remove the screen I should be able to get access to whatever is attached tot he handle. Anyone ever done this before. Instructions would be super helpful.
If you pull the vent closed, you’ll find that the handle is held on to the thin actuating levers by a pair of small screw. Remove theose with a short Phillips head screwdriver and you are in business. No need to remove the screen.

sometimes difficult to get to the screws. I used a 90 degree phillips (like an Allen Wrench) .
My shower handle broke, it was very tedious to get the job done.
