Couple of questions:
1.What is the best way to remove rivets holding up interior panels?
2.What is the best way to take down/and put up the cabinets and cabinet frames?
3. What is best type of new insulation to use?
4. Best way to put new subfloor in?

1. good sharp 1/8th inch drill bits and a cordless drill
2. my cabinets were attached with rivets and screws
3. I'm using pink fiberglass
