Grate Bushing Replacement for 3 burner cooktop

I have a 10 year old 23 foot CD international with a 3 gas burner cooktop.

The grate is held in place by 4 rubber bushings with metal cores. The bushings fir into the cooktop and the grate feet fit into the bushings.

Over time some of these have gone missing. My RV repair shop has sold me some plain rubber bushings, as replacements but they have not held up as well as the originals. Only 2 originals seem to have survived....

After contacting Amana (the name on the outside of the cooktop) - then Maytag (the name inside the cooktop with the serial number), then Whirlpool (who seems to own all of the above) I was told the part number is y8007p02060, but it is no longer available.

Whirlpool parts unhelpful told me to go to my local hardware store.

Please help me in finding a functional part to hold my cooktop in place.

Many thanks
