Got my Corrosion X...do I need for the rain to stop before I use it?

Been lightly raining on and off today. Looks like it will continue. No downpours like yesterday, but that could change.

So far, I've been told to clean the small areas of filiform, apply Corrosion X, let sit for 24 hours and then seal with acrylic nail polish or it's equivalent.

Does that sound like a good plan? If the rain may mess it up, I will wait.

Wish I could help. I just received my Corrosion X and some polish/wax. Didn't know about nail polish. Looking forward to those with more experience giving you advice. -John
