Getting ready to roll

Hello,
I bought a 96 Landyacht that I'm trying to get ready for travel
and I have some questions.
Firstly, the solar panel display by the microwave doesn't come on.
Is there a fuse for this. I see an inverter?in the compartment with the
shore power cords that I don't believe is working- is there a fuse for the
receptacle that it's plugged into. Thanks Merrill

Having had a '94 LY diesel pusher, there was no factory install of solar - that was added by the PO. The "panel" you are most likely referring to is the solar controller. What is the brand name and model of the controller? Changing the controller is not a huge job or expense, and it is likely that you may be better off doing so, particularly since the newer ones are multi-stage MPPT types.

As for the inverter, there are a number of different brands and wiring options.

None of these questions are OEM, they are addons by the PO. You will need to have someone knowledgeable in electricity (such as an RV tech) check it all out for you.

Good luck and enjoy your LY.
