full timing in the winter

Hello
I am very new to airstreams and I just purchased a 1964 24' tradewind that is completely stripped inside. My wife and I are planning on full-timing for a few years to pay off our school loans and have thought about Colorado. Does anyone know about protecting plumbing lines from freezing. Also should I look at a different type of inulation in the walls and floor or is the original insulation sufficient. Im mainly worried about the plumbing lines freezing in the winter. Is there any type of insulated PEX lines or other type? Thank you for helping out a newbie, it is much appreciated

I've never full timed, or for that matter, lived in an RV in cold country in the winter. But, I know that Airstream runs all the interior water lines along side the furnace ducts to keep them from freezing, so you might want to keep that in mind when you reconstruct the interior.
