Fridge freezing my food

We have a 2008 19ft international cd signature series. Fridge is a dometic rm2451 which says it has factory set tempErature. The temp is at about 20-25 degrees F and is freezing my vegetables. Does anyone know how to adjust temperature on this model?
Thanks!
Ellie

Also...a fridge fan will help. One with a switch is handier👍

Maybe It Is In "Limp Mode"

Page 5 of the operator manual references a "limp mode" where if any major component of the fridge fails. Here's the relevant section:

RM2351, RM2451, RM2551, DM2652 & DM2852
If the control can not read the temperature sensor and
control the preset temperature, the control will run the
cooling unit continuously at the energy source available.
The refrigerator will continue to operate in this mode indefinitely - or - until a new sensor is installed and the system reset.

Looks like you have to replace the temperature sensor.

we added two quiet muffin fans to the ext fins to keep them cool. they are on whenever the fridge is on.
plus we added small slows peed muffin fans to the inside. we never see ice now and the temp inside in now is very consistent.

also also load up the fridge with the blue freeze blocks 24 hours before any trip.

Thanks all for the tips. My thermostor (the little white cable with white sensir) had slipped and was just hanging down low. I think it was in limp mode. The slider braket is gone (we bought this 2008 used a few years ago), so i taped the cable into position adjacent to the fin on the right side. Things seems back to normal!
Thanks!
