Fishing Anyone? Just opened a can of worms!

We just bought an 05 22' Safari, I knew it had a soft spot in the front right side of the bed. I peeled up the vinyl and started on the floor, removing a section of the flooring and the insulation and started the visual check for the leakage.
I had read where the spare tire area could allow leakage, WOW! The factory didn't even attempt to seal any of the area, daylight visible, corrosion all the way though the aluminum at the frame.
The problem, how do I remove the lower inner panels to get the flooring out of the frame track without destroying the mouse fur and is there a way to clean this stuff. The mouse fur has some real bad staining, haven't figured out how to get the stains out yet...
I read where some one had replaced the fur and we are considering doing this, the fur is not the best shape, I figure that it will take about 20 yds of fabric.
Any suggestions would be appreciated...

I used Resolve carpet cleaner on my mouse fur and it worked well.
