Fiber optic light indicator on airstream

People have different feelings on this but they really work check my youtube video. Type( fiber optic airstream blinker). As long as they dont cut the cables while working on your light they will work.this is on our 1977 Excella 500 Landyacht. Hard process to fix the fiber cable.

Mine work also, although I find that the Excella 500 emblem blocks my view of one of the turn indicators. They are visible at night when on the freeway. Not so much in city traffic due to headlights from other vehicles. Easy way to know if a bulb is out.

If you have the extended mirrors you can see them better.

Maybe modifying a small magnificent glass in front helps, something that can be removed easily.

I had some broke cables and the part up front was falling apart. It was more of a liability as a source of leaks. There is a small plate over the hole now. One less leak is worth more than something of little value (AKA gimmick).

I actually really liked the one on my '76, there was no problem seeing it in the daylight. I need to adjust the '82 as it doesn't work as well.
