Fan motor replacement for AC

We are working on obtaining a fan motor replacement for our 1970 International. It has an Armstrong electric AC unit. The old fan motor is a 1/6 horsepower, 1625 RPM. We have found a few comparable units that are side-mounted not ring mounted. Then we found one that is ring mounted but is only 1600 RPM. Is having less RPM going to make a significant difference if it's only 25 RPM? Anyone have issues with making a new mount? Or have a part number or direction that can point me in for getting a new fan motor? Thanks!

I'm in the process of taking the motor out of my Armstrong AC unit in my '76. I'm soaking the allen screws with penetrating oil and hope to undo the mounting in a couple of days, at which time I'll be off the the local Grainger warehouse. Hopefully they will have a replacement. My AC tech, who is a friend, says it shouldn't be over 3 amps. I'll get back to you when I know more.
