E1 error on new a/c install

Removed the old 72' Airstream Ambassador a/c for a new
Dometic Brisk II a/c Model B59516.XX1C0 with a
Duo-Therm Part No. 3109226.005 Electric Kit (control box) for use with:
579, 590, 591, 595, 600,630 etc. with a
Dometic Programmable Thermostat (CCC2)
Model 3314080.015
Connected: 6-point pigtail coming from a/c unit to control box
120v. power
12v. to pigtail from control box (Black & Red leads)
RJ11 communication cable from control box to CCC2 thermostat.
This is for a single zone. Performed a reset where zone 1 is indicated (steady) while zones 2,3, and 4 flash.
Did I miss something?

E1 means no 120v power. So either the connections are not right or the breaker is off.
