Door hinge cover

My upper hinge is slightly loose where it attaches to the door and before I attempt to pry away what appears to be a cover, can someone confirm that it is in fact a hinge cover? The only other way to access the fasteners appears to be to peel back the interior door skin.

Thanks for the link. However, in my case the issue is a loose connection where the hinge fastens to the door, as opposed to where the hinge fastens to the jamb. I can't tell if the cover pops off, or if that piece is not a cover plate at all and instead has fasteners that attach directly to it?
