Curious, freezer warm or cold?
OK, open the fridge door now look up at the freezer door. Do you see the seal?
If you can see the seal now find a thin plastic thing, think putty knife. So maybe a plastic knife or other.
CAREFULLY CAREFULLY insert between seal and FREEZER frame NOT between seal and door.
See if by venting the freezer the door will open.
CAUTION CAUTION those seals are $$$.$$
