Customer Rep - No Response

I attempted to contact the Airstream corporate customer service today during regular hours with no success. When I first connected, I was “third in line”. After 45 minutes, there was still no representative. I finally gave up.

Is it me, or does Airstream from time to time fail to staff their customer service line?
