Constructing an Aluminum Flashing Mouse Barrier

I've seen it spoken about once in a forum here. And I've seen it discussed on a University of California website (https://ucnrs.org/mice-barrier-cars/) that is more geared towards cars but also includes this photo:

Name:   Trailer Mouse FEnce.jpeg
Views: 101
Size: 19.4 KB

If anyone has any information on the effectiveness of this deterrent method, pictures, construction tips, etc., please bless the Air Forums community with this potentially priceless intel in the never-ending war against the cute little invaders.
