Brake/ bearings

I am new to Airstreams, does the brake hub come off once you remove the axle nut ? Also has anyone had their lug nuts come apart? This is a 2014 EB 27’

Yes, remove the nut and the drum should slide off. Technique varies if you have Nev-R-Lube or old school bearing system. Dust cap is large and marked Nev-R-Lube if equipped.

Lug nut, are you referring to the chrome cap coming off of the lug nut?
