Black Tank Leak

I have a 2015 25' FB Flying Cloud. When I drain the black tank everything is fine and no drip. When I insert and turn on the hose to the black tank flush port for extra cleaning (after its drained) I get some slow drip leakage from the tank. I do not see a hole in the tank or seam.

Any suggestions as to the problem?

Could it be the flusher holds a bit.of water that does not drain until the hose is disconnected?
