Bay Breeze Thermostat

Hi folks, been working on an issue with the Bay Breeze AC on my 72 Overlander. It's working well, but the Honeywell thermostat is shot, and I need a replacement. I've called Honeywell, apparently they are now headquartered in the Philippines, but as soon as I gave the the part number the answer was - you need to talk to an HVAC person.... Hmmm.
Anyway the issue is that these are labeled cooling only, and have two wires for Lo fan/ hi fan operation. What is available now is a single fan operation using a common wire and the thermostat to control the fan. Anyone out there have one of these units, or know of a replacement is sure appreciate any help.
Thank you! Dave

Just so it's documented. What I did was take this therm apart, cleaned the contacts with rubbing alcohol reinstalled and TaDa! It worked!
