Lowered my 2021 FC FBT onto the the hitch. All was going well and got everything was connected for the upcoming tow from Texas back to Ohio. While raising my jack base, I let go of the toggle switch a little too late and the motor rotated on me. See the attached picture. Downloaded the tech manual and I think the following procedure will do the trick:
1. Take the weight off the electric jack with my floor jack. The wheels are blocked.
2. Loosen the set screw (Item 14 on the print). I also attached the tech manual.
3. Hand rotate the motor back to the original position.
Any thoughts/feedback from those that have done this before?

Wow, I didn't know that could happen. I have a 3500 pound Barker jack on my 2013 trailer, but I think it is a different model. With mine, you can run the jack to either extreme of travel, and it will shut off gracefully. The instructions and warning stickers on the jack do warn that if you ever remove the head, you should perform a re-synchronization in order to have the limit switches work right.

Mine has never shut off gracefully. It makes a grinding noise if I go too far. To avoid that, I try to let go of the toggle switch right before it hits a limit.
I have reached out to Barker for advice and am waiting to hear back. Maybe my clutch has broken. That is why I posted it here.

Just a quick follow up to this repair. Contacted Barker Manufacturing (269)965-2371. Customer service was very helpful. The 2 setscrews (Part 14) had become a little loose. I simply loosened them a little more, rotated the motor back to center, and retightened the setscrews. No need to take the weight off the jack.

There is a “hack” where you can loosen the set screws and move (rotate) the larger part of the jack to the side. In our case this allows us to open the truck bed fully without it hitting the large tongue jack head. I saw it online somewhere.

I agree. It works well that way.
