Atwood 8535-IV Furnace part replacement
I replaced the limit switch on my 2009 Classic. There is a piece of metal about 1/2 inch wide and approximately 4 inched long with 90 degree bends on both ends. It was on the top of the motor/Blower wheel when I removed the wheel.
I could not determine where it was attached when removing the blower wheel and motor. Once I removed the clamp holding the motor in place, it became loose and fell out while trying to remove the blower wheel.
I do not find it on any parts diagrams or parts list for this part.
Does anyone know where it belongs and how to reattach the piece?
