Argosy 1987 ceiling panels

Happy new year! and thank you for accepting me into your community :-)

I'm seriously considering buying a 33ft front kitchen Argosy (1987). The previous owners have seemingly kept it in pretty good condition.

At one point however it had a leak at the front door serious enough that he replaced the subfloor at that part. Since then he's resealed the entire roof and apparently there have been no more leaks. From this incident two ceiling panels just slightly warped and droop slightly to look a little off compared to the rest of the well kept interior. I was wondering whether these ceiling panels were replaceable? I would intend to at the very least paint them white.

The only other problem seems to be the tank monitoring system - which I'm happy to live without unless it's a relatively easy fix. I'm hoping ~10,000 is a rather fair sum for the trailer.
