Any tips for permanent installation?

We have a 1971 31’ sovereign that we are installing on a permanent site. Any tips would be appreciated. My first question is if we should convert the electricity to all 110?

All the lights in the trailer are designed for 12 volt. You only have a 30 amp service in the trailer from new, so I would upgrade the 12 volt converter to a new 4 stage. A/C and fridge run on 120 volt now, but require 12 volt for controls. You must keep 12 volt or replace the A/C and fridge with new dedicate house units. To rewire the lights to 120 volts would be a big cost and probably not worth the effort. Anything is possible, it only takes $$$$. In a trailer with only 30 amp, you cannot run the A/C and a larger microwave at the same time. The same goes for a 120 volt hot water tank and running the A/C at the same time. JMHO

More info

I guess I should add that we are completely gutting the interior and removing all of the plumbing, appliances, electrical......it’s never going to be moved. So I’m wondering if we should just go with totally 110.
