A problem with your rig you can never figure out?

I have finished restoring my second airstream and I have the same problem with it that I have with my first one. It leaks around the fantastic fan in the aft end. I have removed the air-conditioner on both airstream and put new gaskets on both. I was very careful in using vulkem and sealing up the Fantastic fan. I have tried everything but every time it rains both trailers leak right at the fantastic fan. I am out of ideas to resolve these leaks.

I replaced mine after finding hairline cracks in the frame of the FF. I like the company customer service and the function of the fan but the weak frame and idiotic countersunk screw holes are enough to push me in another direction on Airstream #2.
