79 Airstream Soverign low voltage lighting problem

I have a 79 Land Yacht Soverign. I am having problems with the overhead kitchen light, galley light, step and flood lights .
I have recently installed a new Boondocker transformer but it did not solve the issue. All the fuses look good and I installed all new bulbs. I have also checked the breakers.
Can anyone help me ?

If you have glass fuses, one could appear good but is not. Make sure they are tight in the holder. If you know how to use a multimeter you can check for voltage on the "load" side of the fuse when you have a switch turned on for one of the fixtures you are having a problem with. If you read 12 volts on one side of the fuse and not the other then the fuse is bad.
