'63 Overlander project starting

I will be starting on my 63 Overlander over the holidays. Stripping the inside will be the start. The floor is bad in a few spots, so I am going to strip it down to the shell and see what I have. If anyone wants original parts let me know. I plan to build all new furniture/redo the interior.

Hi GKP, looking for a number of interior parts, the rectangular lights in the kitchen, bathroom, over the side couch, the folding door setup for the bathroom, and lots of the loop handles and round knobs that lock drawers etc in place since many of those are missing entirely. I'll PM you, maybe we can work something out. Look forward to seeing what you are doing as well, love pictures!

just finished a 66 two months ago, before you start building put a good straight edge to floor and ceiling. had a good time with that aspect on mine as did not check and had to tear stuff back apart due to 3/4" rise to center of roof. once aware of the warpage/frame sag was not real difficult to compensate. keep us posted

Good luck with your project and please post pics as you go along. From the pictures you have posted, your woodwork looks to be in good condition.
