30 FB Bunk ceiling crack

Hello everyone, Iím currently looking at purchasing a 2019 30 Bunk model. We have a deal in place to purchase but there is a ceiling crack that the old owners does not want to fix before purchase and to be fair my little knowledge of these units tells me it may be unfixable to new specs. Iíve attached a picture for some opinions.

Thank you,

I had this same crack repaired at the factory service center. This will require the removal of the entire dome (or at least part) of the camper from the back shower/bed area to the front queen bed. Ours looks good as new, aside from a few additional trim nails over the bathroom door (I suspect I am the only one that sees this). I cannot give you a price, as this was fixed under warranty. I was given an option to replace a portion of the ceiling and piece it above the accordion screen to the front bedroom. I chose the entire replacement. I was very impressed by the workmanship. It took about two weeks to repair this and the front end separation.

It looks like he stop drilled the crack and added a rivet. I can understand him not wanting to spend multiple $1,000s for a "new specs repair". I'm not sure how big that piece of aluminum is but the "new specs repair" would require replacing it after removing everything in the trailer that is blocking it and reinstalling everything. Anything else for repair would be a patch and probably more obvious then it is now.
