2019 flying Cloud grey water tank won’t open

Help! We have a new 30 ft Flying Cloud and can’t get the grey tank open. Lever won’t budge ! Any suggestions

Just to be sure - you’ve taken the security clips off the handle?

If so, perhaps spray some lube up the rod?

Those are the first 2 things I’d check. Others will chime in with better advice. Good luck!

Did the dealer operate this valve during your PDI? [pre delivery inspection]

Suggest pushing the handle in gently to see if it will move a little. If so pull out and check again.

Call the dealer too.

PS you refer to a “lever.” Most grey tank dump valves are opened by grabbing a small T-shaped handle connected to a shaft which, after releasing the safety clips per SSM, pulls the steel gate valve plate outward, to free up the gray discharge pipe to flow freely. Is yours different maybe? A photo might help if you have some new fangled setup.
