2000 Safari interior celing sag

Thanks to all response regarding interior short. Woke up this morning and no longer had the problem. Don't you hate intermitten problems! Well my next issue is the vinyl celing is sagging in two places---both oh which are by celing lights. How do you fix this?

My best guess would be to

- take the lights off.
- cut a hole in the vinyl that would be covered by the light.
- spray contact cement or fabric adhesive up into the hole, getting both the ceiling and back of vinyl
- once dry.. press firmly together..
- reinstall light.
Our Adventure..
