2000-20** Classic A Frame

I have been shopping for a AS Classic for a few months. After talking to owners and seeing first hand there appears to be a problem (I could be wrong not an expert) with the Classic A frame and front Panel connection. What appears to be a possible flex of the A frame as the TT and Tow are traveling. When you inspect the Aluminum panel it appears it is curled or bent. This damage is located directly about the A frame rails and Aluminum panel. Is this a common problem or only to the heavier AS over 25 feet.

Check for rotten floor inside!
Look just next to the battery boxes... Willing to bet there are 2 great big holes in the subfloor!
