Exclamation Brake Problem

Brake Problem (1987 25)

I jacked up the trailer to check the brakes:
Breakaway - OK
Controller Lever on the Controller - OK
Brake Pedal - NOT OK

I checked the voltage at the wheel while the pedal was depressed I could hear the "tone" but the voltage was only about 1/2 a volt. When I checked the voltage using the Breakaway it was 12 and Controller Lever was 9.5 - HELP !!

Found the problem!!!

Front wheel magnet, curbside, was shot, I guess causing a short........
Will never know though why the other 3 wheels worked properly when using the Controller lever or the Breakaway switch, as they use the same wiring.???
