Brake Assembly Recommendation

I own a 1991 Excella, 25 ft and the brake assembly mechanism is well worn to say the least. My best option is to replace the entire assembly. I know the existing brakes have 12" drums and the shoe width is 2". There are 5 bolts on the backing plates to axle fit up. I am not certain of exact axle rating but know it to be 3200 to 3500 each. Both axles together would be just shy of or @ 7000 lbs. I assume the trailer came with Dexter brakes but I am not opposed to using eTrailer Brand or something similar. So, the question is ~ out of the 5 or 6 options offered by eTrailer which should I consider and why? I spent an inordinate amount of time talking to a lady in order service @ eTrailer only to have her disconnect me. She provided no usable information. Thank you for your help.
