I have a 2020 Tundra and the break controller is to the left of the radio and you see the digital readout in the in the controls on the dashboard. It should be set based on the weight of the trailer. You should talk to an Airstream dealer about the typical setting?

Just my opinion (of course) but I'm a stickler about 2 things when it comes to towing any trailer, let alone an Airstream.
Rule #1. Thou Shalt Always Use a Brake Controller (even if the only thing it will protect you from is a judgement in a lawsuit, which could happen if you are involved in an accident and the other guys lawyer finds out you didn't have one installed)

Rule #2. No Wireless Braking Equipment...Ever. (Bluetooth and WiFi are great for headphones and other entertainment gear, but not for Life & Death situations. When your life is on the line, make sure you are hard-wired)
