Wink 1982 Excella-Vac Disc Brake Controller etc.

Hi folks, I am considering purchasing a 1982 Excella that has apparently had minimal use. Upon reviewing the owners manual (pp G-1) it specifically requires owners to use the Excella-Vac Dis Brake Controller. The Seller does not have this controller. Will I have to possibly replace the entire system if I cannot locate the 37 year part? And if anyone has had to undertake such a changeover, what would be a ballpark expenditure to do the same? thnks for your help.

You can replace the vacuum system with a electric over hydraulic pump. Pump cost about $500 and probably $500 in labor to install and flush old fluid. But use someone who has done the conversion before.
