What are good alarm settings for a TPMS?

I'm planning on installing a TPMS and it seems most will give you a warning if the pressure gets too low or the temp gets too high.

If the temp goes up, pressure has to go up too, right? If the max cold pressure on the sidewall is 65 PSI and you set it there, is there a pressure above 65 that should concern you or is it just temperature?

Basically, I'm wondering if there is there a rule of thumb for setting the "warning point"?

How hot is too hot and how low is too low?

My Dill system had a default alarm percentage for pressure and a fixed alarm temperature. I just inflated the tires to the proper pressure and then initialized the system. I think I could adjust the pressure alarm percentage, but I just went with the default.
