TV tires and shocks

TV is 2015 Chevy HD2500 Duramax. Towing a 2015 AS FC 28 Rear bed with ProPride hitch. Ready to upgrade both tires and shocks. Suggestions for tire replacement and shocks? Read that Bilstein shocks were best for towing. Please share any suggestions. Currently have 32,000 miles on TV.
