Tire question...

SO... If I currently have 235/75/B15
can I switch to a 225/75/R15 and they will still fit the rims? I am switching out the tires to the rims and will NOT be moving this trailer. Its a 1967 and she is not road worthy, she is just a sweet spot at a campground, but my tires are dry rotted and one is flat so I need to do something.

The R15 in the tire sizes above means the tire is to be mounted on a 15" rim.

The new tire you want will fit the rim. It is smaller in width. And will have a lower load capacity so NOT recommended for towing the trailer at distances and at speed.

For your stated use should be OK.

Is this trailer after new tires a candidate for jack stand supports under the frame as it's grounded?

the 225 size will probably be closer to what the trailer came with than the 235 on it now.
