You will not find them . Read up on LT tires on the forums and you will probably come to the same conclusion I did.

In May 2010 I installed new axles and new aluminum wheels and tires on my '79 31' Soveriegn. I bought the axles from Inland and picked them up at the factory in Jackson Center. I bought the tires and wheels from Airstream in JC. The tires were mounted and balanced by Airstream. The tires are Goodyear Marathons and were all made in the USA. I also installed Centramatics at that time. I have put a little over 4000 miles on them and have had no problems or wear issues, I keep the pressure at 65 psi.

Who makes the best tires from China ?

So now that all the trailer tires are made in China, do we have any way of knowing the best of the China tires? Should I go from D load up to E in hope of better lasting tire ?

Changing to 16'' wheels and LT tire for me is not an opition. I could change tires every two years for the next 10 years for the price of the switch.

Silver: I think you are starting to stress and get wrapped around the axle worrying about these tires (I mean that in a nice way). You got the answer in this thread; if you don't want to go the LT route, try a set of Maxxis Tires in the load range suitable to your trailer and the axel load ratings.

BTW, note that all trailer tires are not made in China. For example, the Maxxis tires I have were made in Thailand, the company is from Taiwan not the People's Republic of China. No matter what you buy, you can have problems, there are no 100% guarantees in life except death at some point (some folks say taxes, but a lot of folks don't even pay those....).

Buy and mount tires, hook up trailer, go camping and have fun! ;-)
