Excess tire wear on one wheel

The rear curb side tire on my 2017 FC 23FB is wearing much quicker than the other tires. I had the tire replaced and the new one appears to be wearing the same way. I searched on the forums for this type of issue and it looks as though it is an axle issue...is that right? Is there some other reason this might be the case? If it is the axle, how much of an issue is it repair? Thank you.

Torsion axles for the most part do not get repaired they get replaced.

You might find some kind of OTR truck shop that would bend err I mean adjust the axle/spindle but that kind of repair is not common.

What does the wear on the tire look like?

The tire is wearing on the outside edge. This is one of the Goodyear Marathon original tires. The other two on the opposite side are still in great shape. The new tire has been rotated to the front curbside wheel.
