Tire cupping

What I've noticed on the old tires is that the curbside tires are evenly worn. The streetside tires have some cupping on the outer edge of the inner tread bar. Appreciate any thoughts.

Look at the bottom of this link from Goodyear.

Goodyear RV Tires - Tire Care: Load & Inflation - Factors Affecting Tire Wear

Your tires need to be rebalanced. Depending on how severe you may want to rotate the tires after the rebalance. Also the shock in that location has been given a work out. Is it shot too?

On ours, the way the tire was worn in a diagonal pattern from the center of the tread to the outer edge, it turned out we needed an axle.
