I believe TST recommends a high-pressure alarm between 20-25% of the recommended pressure. During summer travel most tires will likely climb by 5-10psi easily and this could be more depending on ambient conditions. This would put your high pressure alarm around the 95 to 100 psi area.
My 1st thought is if you are running at 80 psi cold you may want to consider a lower psi (80 psi may be too much based on your weight).
As for temp alarm, my system (TireMinder) has an automatic alarm threshold based on what psi cold temp I input (65 psi for me, also GY Endurance). I didn’t have to select an alarm temp. I didn’t know some units are set up that the user has to decide what alarm temp is dangerous.
