I am sure this has been addressed but I am asking for some advice. I have 16" Sendel wheels and Michelin LTX 225X75X16 tires. My spare is the 15" Marathon that came with the trailer. I also have centramatic balancers. Is it safe to run the 15" spare for a short distance if necessary. Does it put torque stress on the trailer frame or should it be ok in an emergency situation?
Thanks in advance,
Ken

This has been addressed as you suspected, the general consensus is that it is fine short term. There will be a misalignment as camber will be off a bit so long term the tread will likely not wear evenly. Trailer handling will be compromised a bit as well, and if you have WD it will be a bit out of balance.
I don't believe the wheel size is as important as the circumference of each tire matching.
Yes
It seems to me this was covered in previous posts. Larger diameter wheels usually have lower profile tires and the outside diameter may be close to the 15" wheels. Just roll the spare along side the 16 inch wheel to compare.
As noted already you can get by as a spare for the purpose of getting to a tire shop

Simple - would not put a GYM on my coach for any reason except to hold it up while parked while I saved enough funds to replace with a reliable tire.
Your question is could you? Yes, given very slow travel speed - 15-20 mph. At what purpose? Trailer tires are not expensive.
The only justification that I can give you is that the Michelins have a very low probability of failure. The offset is - we had a flat on our first trip with the new Michelins. We found it down in the overnight RV park. Changed to the spare and drove about a mile to the tire shop. We were very lucky, but had a full sized Michelin spare and could have driven the rest of the trip - we did with the puncture repaired and carried as a spare. Will you be lucky or good?
