Unlevel after axle change
I recently had my axle changed . There is a 1” height difference on the wheel wells. The new axle seems to be bolted up the same. Any suggestions?

Question, do you mean the new axles are 1" higher or lower, or do you mean there's a 1" difference left to right?

The trailer is 1" lower on 1 side.

More weight on the lower side.
Refer, battery, holding tank, items stored in coach are a few things which could cause the issue.

I'd get my floor jack and jack stands out. I'd jack it up on level pavement, secure it on the stands, and remove the wheels. Now there is no load on the swing arms. Check that the trailer is level side to side and front to back.
Take a close look and make sure the swing arm down angles are the same on both sides. I don't know what starting angle you ordered but there should be no difference in the swing arm starting angle.
Now slip under the safely secured trailer on jack stands. Inspect that the axle mounting bracket is tight against the frame rail. When installing a new axle, you have to jack the thing up so the bracket is tight against the frame rail, both sides. I can see where you might think you are up tight, but in fact you are not.
Seems to me the axle was installed wrong, or the axle is defective (unlikely). Or the two frame rails aren't parallel to each other any more.
Here is a photo of my old axle up tight against the frame rail just like Airstream installed it 44 years ago.

Thanks for the observation. I'll do that from now on. I've taken down the belly aluminum and moved the jack stands. I did not observe any bending. I do put the jack stands as close to the axle mounting plate as possible.
