I was there and saw ddstech's face when the Spring Guy said, "$950" - it wasn't pretty (well, it never is, but it was extry-not-pretty at that moment). And all things considered, I'd say he's sucker . . . I mean doing the right thing (and now there's a lot of pressure on me to do the right thing). Clearly from standing there listening to the options first hand, there is real "value" in the costs associated with the new springs . . . (and I apologize for the hijack).

I agree that the O.P. should stick with / use Torsion. Let us know when it's installed and show us some photos.
