Steve and Rhino33,

You are most welcome. I am glad it was, helpful. Just remember when you start on the bolts....lefty loosie. My wife is still teasing me about the several hours I spent tightening one axle.......

Must be the season for axle replacement.

I got mine from Inland RV and drop shipped to Redneck here in Springfield, MO.

The reason I got them from Inland RV was I ordered a package and I didn't worry about measurements and what size brakes, etc. I told Inland what we have, sent them several photos and now I've got two nice new axles sitting on the trailer.

The only hitch up was my part, I thought, in conversations with Andy that I ordered 'never lube' hubs or whatever. A phone call to Inland, and Andy's crew got right back to me after they pulled the paper work,,,,, The guys at Redneck asked if I was sure because even if they say life time guarantee, it lonly lasts five years.

I am reading everything I can on axle replacement on our 1978 31' Sovereign.

I'll keep you posted.

Jim
