Axle replacement cost

Can anyone give me a rough idea of that it should cost to have the 3 axles on a 34' Airstream replaced? I'm talking about the complete axle assembly, with labor, new bearings, brakes included. I think I want a bit heavier axles than are currently on the trailer.

Thanks for the help.

In 2014 I replaced all 3 axles, 4000# each, new shocks for $3800 USD. Prices probably have gone up a little since then. That price included all labour and I was very pleased. Axles were ordered from Inland RV.

Did that include new brake assemblies too, Chris?

I paid $1635 for 2 3500lb. axles, shocks, 12" brakes and bolt set from Inland RV.
I picked them up/ no shipping cost

I would guestimate a reasonable shop would charge 4hrs. each axle.

Yes, I went with the self adjusting brakes. I had a shop in South Dakota do my axles, after I snapped one pulling into a rally site. Andy was great in getting everything together for the shop, and shipping to them.
