1979 30' Argosy Axle replacement

Purchased about 1 month ago dropped off at shop last week for new axles.
Shop called today said Dexters were $544.00 +/- each. Which sounds a little low on price?

We want clearance as our trailer will be hauled up and down farm property.
Plan is to travel as well.

Is the 22 degree articulation good or do I need to go to 40?
While new axles are being added what other options to smooth the ride might be recommended?

Is your price complete with brakes?

I'm no expert but from what I've read your degree of axles is correct, for extra clearance instead of increasing the degree I believe it's better to add a lift kit.
