Please do say more if you are using this product. I am interested but could not tell much from the website. What exactly is it and what does it do?

Condensaste lines are plug?? - same result

Just came off a trip in No IL with temps really high. In the course of cleaning the return vents I noticed the lines had water in them. The FWD AC unit was draining slowly, but the aft was not. I have Phil's "tube cleaner" but it jams once in a good bit on both FWD and AFT. Inserting it from inside it gets tough around 20" in. I think our condensate line has a serious kink in it (like bending a garden hose to stop water) so it drains very slowly if at all. I detached the FWD lines and 1/2 of a red solo cup of water out of them. Haven't tried the aft yet. Going onto my gig list for a warranty visit.
